There used to be a pretty simple Bell.ca page which would let you change your programming packages, but for the life of me I can't find it now. All I see is a "We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later." message which has been there for weeks (and quite possibly a lot longer). I'm dreading having to call CSR to do this, it's simply not convenient over the phone.
