changing factory stereo system?

I have a 2011 GMC SIERRA with Bluetooth and steering wheel control. My question is im looking at buying the Alpine IXA-WA404 (don't want the 407 if anybody wondering why). I was wondering if I can keep my bluetooth without buying the add on piece of equipment. Basically will the factory bluetooth work with the Alpine
