Changing a username on hotmail using a Mac?

I have just signed up to a new hotmail account. Whenever I send emails it shows my real name that I entered on registration instead of my hotmail name which I'd prefer. How do I change the settings?

It now says "From: Lisa M ([email protected])"

I want to change the Lisa M bit!
