changing a frame from abobe flash cs3 to a pic file?

im having trouble figuring out how to get one frame from abobe flash cs3 and coverting a copy of it to become some sort of picture file(e,g. jpeg, bitmap) so i can paste the pic on microsoft word or something like that.

please help!
