changed after drink spiked

hi.

recently my stepdad's drink was spiked, and ever since his mind has completely changed. he's had a lot of stress lately with no work and money worries. but after being spiked, he now thinks that my mum is his sister and doesn't even know who his parents are anymore.

if anyone has any idea please point me in the right direction.
