change window 7 home edition look like window xp?

i have to go back to windows 7 :\ because my window xp is not compatible with my new computer
does any1 know how to tweak windows 7 look like XP?
i already know about the task bar and make desktop items smaller.
need to know how to change icon so it look like windows xp and rearrange it freely
e.g
-file icon and all
-arranging file freely, not by suggested (title,date....)
