Change sex to both? is this possible?

This is a strange question, and i have no desire to this but its rather a question to know if its possible at all.
Is it possible to have an operation to become both sexes?
some people say its not possible becuase the current organ (Depeneding on current Gender), is used to create the other gender's organ.
But with recent technology, and i have seen a news report of this awhile ago but, Ive seen that we have been able to successfully create extra organs like, ears, penises, Vaginas, breasts, noses, ect...
So would this be possible?
 
if the technology is in place to make the tissue, i bet it is possible.

interesting possibility, to create a hermaphrodite....
 
This operation can be effected when the babe is still in the womb. The other procedures are only for the parade and show off.
 
well if you can do eather you could do both just don't know why or if both parts would function. I figure the one you got at birth would work and the other would be just for show.. but i think it is sick to mess with the body just because you don't like what God gave you.. Shows you some people are never happy or just plain sick..
