Change Lexus ES350 to show temperature in Celsius rather than Fahrenheit?

No navigation, however, is it possible to convert the temperature and miles per gallon to liters per 100 km and Celsius instead of Fahrenheit? The reason I ask is because I will be going to college in Canada this upcoming term and will be driving there from NY and using my own car. I dont care about the odometer or the actual speed I am going since at least it gives it to me in a smaller font size.
The user's manual does not provide info. Saturday morning I searched and searched and found absolutely no information.
