Change Civilization in Age of Empires 3 under skirmish?

I played my first Skirmish today and picked Russia I even saved the game to play it later. Well now it will only let me be Russia and I cant change it. When I click on the flag to pick a different role I have only 1 option "Russia".
How do I delet the saved game?
How do I change the Civilization I play with?

I want to start a whole new game but I cant for the life of me figure out how to start all over.
