my friend was convicted of stealing a sechuled 2 drug, hydrocodone and sentenced to 1yr probation. She hasn't even been on probation a month and wants to move to morgantown, the home of the west virginoa mountaineers. Hoping to get a job. What do you think her chances are of her probation oifficer transffering her probation and letting her move. Morgantown (WVU) is ranked 4th on the party school list which I don't think is gonna help.
