I'm going to be applying this fall for PT school. Just wondering what you think my chances of admission are?
Cumulative GPA: 3.69
Prerequisite GPA: 3.48 <-- low, i know
GREs: Practice exams give me roughly a 1050. So hopefully around there
Experience hours: 100+ in inpatient and outpatient. working on a geriatric shadowing experience before applications.
Letter of recs: 1 from a PT with 30 yrs experience, a bio teacher and a psych teacher who know me well
Desire to become a pt: immense!
Undergrad school: Private Liberal Arts College. Very selective.
*this part may sound silly but i have such a hard time coming up with a good rationale as why i want to be a pt. i feel like i have so many reasons its hard to pick one thing to write about in my letter of intent!*
I'm applying to some of the top schools in the nation. Do you think that's too far of a stretch?
