I SERIOUSLY doubt he's gonna get jail time. He'll most likely get probation and a fine. He's a first time offender and it wasn't that much pot.

I'm not gonna lie I'm kind of disappointed in him. But the way I see it there are way worse things than that, but still that's not the best thing. I can't believe E! posted all his info! I say he should sue their ass. :lol: He kind of looks hot in his mugshot. 
They must've blacked it all out better because I can't really see anything.
