I have a Blackberry Curve (not the newest version, but the one before it I believe) and I have put music on it from my computer/iTunes. Some of these songs are bought from iTunes, some are from CDs from stores and some are from CDs burned by my friends. I tried to make one of the songs my ringtone by going to the song under "Media" and clicking "set as phone tune." When I tested it by calling it from my landline, my phone registered that it was receiving a call, but there was no sound. The thing is, this only happens for some of the songs. I tried a different one from the same source (same CD, also from iTunes, etc.), and it worked fine. There isn't any specific pattern to which ones work and which don't. My phone is set on "Loud" and there aren't any special ringtones for certain people, or anything different like that. Can anyone tell me what's wrong?
