I am trying to decide whether I want to get metal or ceramic braces. I work with the public on a daily basis so image is a lot to me. I know ceramic stains but I have pretty good oral hygiene and I think I can handle that part. Does any one have any suggestions for me as far as the ceramic goes???Any tips?Reasons I should not?
