I'm have been thinking about this for about a month! I can't decide which company I want to be with. I have look at them all and have decided that Rogers and Virgin Mobile are my two best choices (I live in a small town 
so no Wind for me! )
Rogers:

-UNLIMITED local calling from 3pm - 6pm everyday
-Unlimited Canadian text messages
-Unlimited On-Device Mobile Browsing

Samsung Corby Plus (Rogers) $99
I am also looking at a used Rogers Unlocked Phone (the Samsung Gravity for $50). It's really cute, but can I use it with prepaid? ?? Also, can I use any unlocked phone with prepaid ???
The Rogers plan is cheaper, but are there hidden access fees and stuff? I don't want to get ripped off .
PS: Is the Samsung Hype any good? Everyone is saying that it sucks
PPS: I want a phone that can use downloadable ringtones (from Motime.com and stuff)
I checked all the other cellphone companys... none of them were good deals. I want unlimted text and unlimited mobile browsing.
