Cellphone less and going crazy.?

Last week, my friend came to visit me from out of town. She gave me a ride home in her car, and I left my cell phone in the back. She said that she would mail it to me. That was two weeks ago. She gave me a bunch of excuses as to why she didn't mail it, and said that she can't mail it for another week. She herself does not have a cell phone, so she probably doesn't realize how important it is. I'm not a very avid texter or cell phone user, but I make all my plans and have all my contacts through it. And I'm starting to go crazy without it, I actually broke into tears today. Any advice? =/
