I have a virgin mobile cell phone, I've had it for a year and a half, I take care of everything I own, so its in perfect condition.. the only problem is it recently wont receive 2nd part text messages at all, or i'll only get the last couple words from the 2nd page, or nothing at all.
What can I do to fix this? will resetting my phone do anything or just delete everything on my phone and cause a hassle later, when its still not fixed? is there a way I can reprogram it? tips would be useful, please!
