Hi

Can anyone give me a recommendation, please? I want to get a new phone. I am looking for

Flip (Bar is okay but prefer flip)
Good Battery life (2-3days of heavy use)
Slim (if possible)
Good Speakerphone - I have a lot of conference calls
Good vibration - I am in meetings a lot.
Able to sync contacts with Outlook
