M melody New member Oct 10, 2009 #1 ok, so i plan on having a new cell phone. and I probably would use AT&T for my carrier. my question is,if i just wanna sign up for new number and using 1 yr contract..can i just get the sim card and buy the phone like on ebay or other store?
