my dad needs to find a motorola razr to send to my sister in cuba but he says it needs to be unlocked. what does that mean?? can you unlock any regular razr from whichever company and use it anywhere in the world with any company? where can i find one that isnt from a specific company such as tmobile sprint, etc..
