I'm thinking about buying a 20 dollar pay-as-you-go phone at target. It seems like a good phone to me, but i'll also have to continuously buy more talk and text time. Are these minutes? Since i only have 40 dollars saved up, i would only be able to buy 20 dollars worth of talk and text time. Is this a bad deal?
