I am buying an additional line for my teenage son, and I do not carry cell phone insurance on my own cell phone. Is it wise to have insurance on a teenager? Or say, if he did lose or damage the phone without insurance, couldn't I just go to Walmart and buy one (Verizon is the provider) and end up paying not much more the the insurance if you add in the deductible. I heard both pros and cons on cell phone insurance. Any information appreciated.
