hi , i was just wondering i wanted to buy an lg shine touch or an lg xenon with no term ( no contract )from rogers and i wanted to make it a pay as you go phone so i can buy minutes when i want am i able to do that ? another question if i can do that am i able to do it with a smartphone ? thanks
