cell phone help!!! (verizon wireless)?

okay so i had the krzr from verizon wireless and it broke so many times and i took really good care of it. but i want to save just the right amount of money so i can buy a new one. but if i'm already o a plan how much extra wouldi have to pay to get the envy3? they said since i'm alreadyon a plan i would have to pay over 150 dollars but i'm just so conused!
 
check online for any specials. i had alot of problems with the envy phones. i started with the envy orange and went through 6 of those before they gave me an envy2 as a replacement. i literally went through 24 phones between august and october of last year and finally i settled on a samsung glyde.
if you've had alot of warranty replacements, ask to speak to a supervisor or have whoever is the primary account holder do it. once you get a supervisor, explain the situation and tell them that you've been through x amount of the phone you have and tell them you don't want another one of them. they might offer you choices for a phone with similiar features.
