CDMA Workshop support is a joke

Two months ago I purchased a license to use the CDMA Workshop as I heard a lot of good things about it.

Well, it worked fine for a couple of months then all of a sudden it wouldn't work for me because my hardware ID changed (even though I didn't change any hardware on my system).

I have been dealing with the people from cdma-ware.com for a week now trying to get it working again. It takes a day to hear back from them and their troubleshooting goes in circles with no results.

I am posting this to make people aware that this is a decent program but beware should something go wrong, they don't have a support system worth a darn.

They are in a different Time-Zone then we are so that is the reason for the late response, as far as customer service I usually never have a problem, actually I've never had a problem....
This is just my opinion though :D

thnx bro- i hadn't looked on their site...just wanted a quick list of the more useful features...seems they have removed the need for many other apps now...they are becoming a good all-in-one solution center

i'm gonna renew my license in the next couple days and i'll be on point

They have good support. Last time I sent wrong ID from laptop, they helped me in two days. Two days because we have different time zone.... :2thurabs: :2thurabs:

I have gotten replies from them. But each time I send them the same hardware ID they send a key back that doesn't match it. That is the problem. I understand they are in Russia.

However, on their website they claim 24 hour support...

ive changed laptops numerous times and am usually up and running again same day or next day..... sorry to hear u having a bad experience

btw it was updated today!

all these new features sure is a upgrade and hopefully i send me my new key tomarrow oh and random your pic is wack looks like my 4 year old drew it haha

Well, after a week, I am finally up and running... The program is great, I always liked it. However, don't run into any problems because their support is slow. I realize they are from a totally different time zone. But two or three days to respond to an inquiry is too slow even for that.

It is a great program now and only getting better. I don't even use QPST anymore because of CDMA Workshop.
