cd installer of my cd-r king wireless-n mimo ap router (1T1R) lp 8616 cannot install?

i bought cd-r king wireless-n mimo ap router (1T1R) lp 8616 everytime i install the cd it says device disconnected i tried to change the ip address and the subnet mask with the one given by the product it does connect but webpage not found and i cannot install my router correctly please help me
