cavity filling and gag reflex?

last time i went to dentist which was like april or may, i had 2 cavities
i probably got more, but right now i have a pretty deep cavity and semi hurts sometimes so that one might take longer
i have gag reflex and i get nervous really easily and freak out when people mess with my body :(

do you think laughing gas and ipod will calm my nerves ?!
