Causes of every month fever

man(age 28y) is ill with fever in every month since 2005.what is the cause.symbols of desease are
1=pain in back
then
2=light pain in throat vain
then
3=increase pain in all the throat
then
4=fever and pain in all body and this situation remains 4-6 day in every month without holiday

what might be the causes & treatment of this disease.if u give me awnser i shell be great thankfull to you
