Causes for 2002 Ford Explorer to lack power and fuel economy?

My 2002 Explorer is lacking power and fuel economy has gone from around 20 mpg to about 17 mpg. I have replaced the EGR valve and sensor, spark plugs, wires, fuel filter, air filter, and only use non ethanol gas. It has 176,000 miles with no problem lights on and the engine runs smoothly. Nothing I have done has made any difference. Could it be O2 sensors, dirty fuel injectors, clogged cat. converter, PCV valve, fuel pump, or some other problem? What should I check next? The check engine light was on for a while, so I checked the code and it was the EGR sensor which I replace. The check engine light is now off but it didn't fix the lack of power or the fuel economy.
