cause of back pain

I am a staff nurse presently working in Sudan.Before one week when i was cooking in the kitchen,i treid to take something frok down.so suddenly i got some pain while bending.For that i took analgesic and hot application, that time i got little relief,but still iam having problem on my back.some pricking pain on my two buttocks.It is increasing while sitting more time.Our ac accommodation room floor is made by wooden,while i am walking on them it is moving also, that time my pain is increasing.My age is 33.Can you give me replay of my question.till now i did not done any test.Because sometimes i have no pain.

If you never had back problems and noticed pain after a certain movement, looks like it is injured somehow. Maybe your muscles were already very tight, and all it takes is one wrong move and you have problems.

It might not hurt all the time because it depenRAB on what exactly happened back there. You should try to get an xray or better, an MRI, to find out what is going on. It's best to do this before the problem is chronic and gets even more painful; find out what is going on so you can get the right treatment and therefore, minimize your symptoms. Don't wait to get this done if you can help it! You are a busy person and probably can't afford something serious happening that could cause you more problems.
