have any of you ever been cought lying when you were trying to get into the military? have you known or ever herd of anybody who has? i already know the punishment so dont wast my time if you dont.
 
Juvi records are supposed to be sealed.

That's my understanding.

So if the records are sealed, by talking about them without court authorization, you would be breaking court order and that would be illegal!

A judge has more weight than a non-com.

Are you like 12? Have you never heard of spelling? You're a damn fool to lie on an OFFICIAL document to the GOVERNMENT

And it's 10 years imprisonment.
 
Agent Smith is right but MEPS is backed by the government...they have the right to check EVERYTHING on you, juvi records or otherwise. They will eventually find out and you will be given a dishonorable discharge.
