Categorties on the T3

The Palm T3 is limited to 15 categories......anyone know of any utility that would let me increase this or create "sub categories"
under a main category?

With the built-in Palm applications, the answer is no. This is a limitation of the Palm OS, at least through OS 5. If you're using Outlook, you can use Key Suite or Beyond Contacts, whcih replaces the standard Palm apps and conduits and allows you to use multiple categories. This is really the option.
