A neighbor's cat constantly wanders to my property and climbs on or in (if I leave the windows down) my car. I'm talking more than 3 cats that this lady has. Assuming cats are allowed in her apartment (although they live outdoors anyway) what legal action can I take? As a seperate (and last resort, as an animal lover) action, can I legally kill one? I ask only because they get under my car and chew on wires inside and out. I'm out of options and the neighbor won't do anything about it.
