Don't get me wrong. I'd do her. I just don't think she'd work as Catwoman. I've always admired Halle Berry, though. Maybe she'd be up for it.
Oh, and you're right about what Nolan's take on Catwoman would probably be costume-wise.

The horror of having Eddie Murphy in any movie these days is frightening. Ever seen Meet Dave or Norbit? Wish I hadnt 
I have never enjoyed any movie that Eddie Murphy is in so i tend to avoid anything he is in.
I am just glad these rumours are apparently rubbish.
I did, however, like the rumours that were flying around(and were then cooled) about Johnny Depp playing The Riddler and Philip Seymour Hoffman playing The Penguin.
At least those roles played by those great actors would actually be interesting to watch.

I thought that if there was going to be a third film that it was going to be about Two Face coming back from the 'dead'? Or was I dreaming/drunk at the time?

Nolan himself has pretty much declared Two Face dead. Cant really see him returning myself. I would rather see a new villian anyway. The Riddler could potentially be an interesting & still realistic villain in this new franchise. If the movie is half the film the Dark Knight was, the riddles he spins will be amazing.
The only other plausible Bat-villain I can think of is Catwoman. Or maybe Bane.

It's been reported Christopher Nolan is to direct a film version of the cult 1960 tv series The Prisoner so if it's true he won't direct the next Batman film: BATMAN CARRIES ON. LOL Nolan co-wrote the last two Batman films with his brother and the screenplay sets the tone of a film. Without Nolan writing/directing, a new Batman film will feel totally different. It could be yet another reinvention of Batman and his world.
I'm a big Prisoner fan so looking forward to Nolan directing the film - assuming the rumour is true.
