Cassette player installed in car- How much does it cost?

I have an old 1998 Honda CR-V which was handed down to me from my parents when I got my license...anyway I usually listen to my iPod by putting in that cassette to cd converter thing and plugging it in to my iPod---BUT the Honda doesn't have a cassette player...how much would it cost for me to get one of those things installed or, is it possible for me to install one myself (is it difficult to do?)
 
Just get a fm transmitter. If you really want to keep using the tape thing it will be difficult. There are many things that can go wrong, and I dont even know if it is possible to install one if there wasnt one in there originally
