Casino Royale - was Catherine Schell in it?

I've just been watching Casino Royale - again (!) and yet again I'm stuck by the likeness of one of the actresses to Catherine Schell, who played Maya in Space 1999.

In the scene near the beginning of the film, when Bond wins the baddie's car keys (the first gambling scene) there's a lady in green at the poker table. Please put me out of my misery! Is it Catherine Schell? I've tried googling but to no avail.

Not listed or mentioned on any of her bios.

But she was in OHMSS - the official Bond movie made after CR

Yes, that's the only link I've been able to find - it was also why I though she'd perhaps reappeared in CR (the new one, with Daniel Craig) as they often have well known people in cameos.

Now if it was Joanna Lumley (who was also in OHMSS)you're talking about.

She's not really - but people may have recognised her fron the other Bond film, and Space 1999 (if it was her, of course).
I only remember her because I was fascinated by her plaited eyebrows!

Given that she gave up her acting career in the mid-nineties to run a hotel in France, and had been looking after her dying husband up to his death in 2006 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Catherine_Schell) it's fairly safe to say it isn't her.

Also, she was 64 when Casino Royale was released - is the woman at the card table in her mid-sixties?

Yes, she is around the right kind of age - but it sounRAB like it can't be her.
