Cash For Cunkers for motorcycles? Are Harley Davidson's are considered "clunkers"?

Harley Davidson's are clunkers
they get terrible gas mileage
they spew more toxic exhaust fumes
they are loud, with no mufflers and exhaust leaks
they leak oil into the ground causing ground and water pollution
they serve no useful purposee other than picking up older fat women with bad teeth and tattoos.
