Casey Anthony media portrayal?

Why does the media keep referring to her as tot mom,instead of by her name. They make her seem so guilty when she is innocent. Why isn't her father or boyfriend going after the media for doing this?
I don't know how I got this in the military section. I checked media and journalism before I posted.
 
How do you know she is innocent? She hasn't been on trial yet.

I also wondered why she was referred to as tot mom, and I do agree with you that the media shouldn't be taking sides like this when they're reporting.
