Cases for Nokia N8

hahaa... believe me, I would rather go the no-case route but I'm just afraid of all the scratches it'll accumulate from being tossed around in pockets, bags, etc!
 
Only thing about the otterbox case is that it seems a little bulky and doesn't look as "clean". Have you noticed a drastic increase to the bulkiness of the phone with the case? Any chance you could post some good pics? Thanks
 
maker;14159376']I use multiple cases with my N97 mini. When I need to really grip my phone I use silicone mold cases, for everyday trips to school/work, I use my otterbox commuter case.

I'm overprotective.
 
Third the Otterbox.
It is bulky, it grips to my jean pockets, but it sure as hell will not slip out of my hands. My main concern was the phone slipping out of my hands which has many times before I got the rubber case. On the other hand, the phone looks sexy without a case.
 
This case will be perfect for me. I have dropped my N-95-4 about 50 times and everytime I pick it up real quick to see if it is still working, no case by the way. Hopefully this case will make me feel a little better when I drop my N-8.
 
I don't find the Otterbox case all that bulk, in fact it fits quite nice. Here's a couple of fotos:

It's ok, I have a full concealed carry permit. But it's funny you say that, one day I was in Wal Mart buying some oil and some stupid security guard was following me around, I guess he saw the holster because I had on a T-shirt. Everywhere I went he followed me. I went into the bathroom and he came in, I reached into the holster to take out the phone and he about had a heart attack.

That nokia case doesn't do it for me. I like the ability to see the screen and work on the phone without having to take it out of any case. Yes, the Otterbox adds some girth but personally, definitely worth it for some piece of mind. Also, in the pocket it doesn't seem THAT big (and I'm coming from an N79 and N85). I do wish it wasn't AS rubbery textured in order to make it easier to get it in and out of one's pocket.
 
Very nice. I'm guessing you have 2 N-8's, one to take pictures of the other. Kidding!!!!
My N-8 will be here tomorrow, case came first both from Amazon. Got in in the $429 deal.
 
A nice feature of the case is it protrudes a millimeter or two past the camera housing. You can set the phone down on a hard surface without worrying about scratching the lense.

True, but I don't think Otterbox has one either. I assumed you just wanted to pocket it, but with something slimmer.

I'm sure there are belt clip options out there somewhere.
