Incidentally, the Tameranean girl's name is Starfire, not 'StarFire'. One word, not two.
 
Any episode of Drawn Together- Nothing but unfunny racist jokes and toilet humor.

That one Futurama episode where Fry's girlfriend comes to the furture. It was too painful for me to watch because it nothing but a big screw you to Fry.

The last 2-3 seasons of Simpsons because I feel every episode was a repeat of a episode from like 7 years ago.

There are 2 cartoons I'll add to the list for different reasons now...

Patriotic Popeye- I love Popeye cartoons. Even the worst of the King Features TV show cartoons (Fleicher Popeyes are the best, IMO). But where does Popeye go from becoming a fun little cartoon show to an educational safety film strip. No Bluto or Brutus. No Olive, and no Wimpy. Just Popeye telling his nephews not to play with fireworks. If Popeye weren't so enjoyable, I don't think I could have stood watching this the whole way through.

Now for the painful as in "Gut wrenching, depressing, and heart breaking,":

Bobby's World- The Music: The story of Bobby befriending a crossing Guard who would later die. Nothing was more heart breaking than having litte innocent Bobby Generic learn about death. I watched it once when I was younger, and I never wanted to see it again. I'm glad they didn't put it on the 2 DVD's they had. I'd like to focus on the comedic aspect of the show.
 
What makes you think the show jumped after it's first season? Personally, I thought the show improved after lowering the "Jake throws his butt out on the screen" ratio, and continued to improve upon it's Rocko's Modern Life-stylized humor. I actually consider MGPAM to be one of the most underrated animated series at least on the air, if not ever, and that it also beats anything currently on Nick, but that's just me.
 
"Tom, Sarah and Usher" (The Boondocks)-hands down the single worst Boondocks episode they've done so far, IMHO. I couldn't stand it because it was nothing but poor Tom getting hosed for 22 minutes. I can't stand to watch anything in which an innocent character get mercilessly dumped on throughout the entire thing. In addition, I also disliked this episode because while it was Sarah's biggest role on the show to date (which would normally be a good thing for me, since Sarah's one of my favorite characters), it was a disappointing appearance because Sarah was grossly out-of-character in it. Sarah would, and should, never be portrayed as being so cold to her husband the way she was here; she and Jasmine should be the only characters on the show who wouldn't just dump on the guy 24/7. (I can see Sarah playfully messing with the guy sometimes since he is an L7; I've always seen Tom and Sarah as being sort of an interracial Dharma and Greg, but here both she and their daughter were both just cold-blooded to the poor yuppie, which didn't sit right with me.)

This is the 1 episode of Boondocks which I refuse to watch in reruns, the other being "Shinin'", which just bored me.
 
Old Glory (Looney Tunes, 1939, featuring Porky Pig and Uncle Sam)- The experience wasn't painful, per se, and I'm certainly not anti-patriotic, but why would I want to watch a Looney Tune short with zero jokes in it?

Goodbye, Grandma (The Little Clowns of Happytown)- Clown kids Hiccup and Blooper get a visit from their grandmother Rosie, who dies shortly after her first scene. A show about clowns dealing with the death of a relative and suddenly turning dark and angsty? No thanks. I think that clowns are creepy enough when they're not mourning and getting existencial, thank you very much.
 
4Kids' One Piece, The Belle Of The Brawl: Oh God, I can't believe that 4Kids actually went through with this atrocity. The merging of several episodes, the edits that made massive continuity error, the lack of any emotion, and of course the dungeon edit. It's the lowest point of the dub version of the Arlong arc, which is IMHO the lowest point of the dub in general.

Mega Man, "Curse Of The Lion Men": The plot is just says it's awful, "Lion men come back to life thanks to a comet and turn people into lion people". The crappy animation helps this as being the worst of the show as well.

Transformers G1, "Megatron's Master Plan" Parts 1 & 2: Apparently, his master plan is using bad press to make the Autobot's look bad. How can the mayor of a city exile the Autobots off Earth? Shouldn't that be the decision of the UN or something. Then there's the fact that Spike was apparently chased by Ravage for who knows how long between Part 1 & 2. They couldn't spare us Parts 2 by just having Spike showing the truth and the Decepticons flying off in defeat yet again.

Captain N, "Happy Birthday, Megaman": As a Mega Man fanboy whose actually likes the show, I can't stand this episode. The plot is inane, Mega Man's urge to be human is completely random. It just felt boring for the most part. There was no true villain, just minor obstacles. The ending is what pisses me off the most, Mega Man actually became a human. Though that would be retconned by the second and third season writers.

Futurama (Times Keeps on Slippin', Season 3 Episode 14)



In the second to last part, Fry marries Leela, a second later, they're divorced. Now Fry wants to know how he made Leela love him. In the end, Fry finally knows how he made Leela love him (he used the gravity pump to move the stars as a love note to Leela), but sadly, it exploded before Leela could see, and Fry sadly looks out the window.
 
Like I've said time and again, your heart is a watermelon and the ending is Gallagher.

People can talk about lost dogs and seven-leaf clovers 'til the earth flies off its axis and crashes into the sun. This is the saddest and most heart-breaking "Futurama" moment to me.
 
Chuck Jones (the guy who directed the cartoon) back in the 1930s had a lot of cartoons that were cutesy and dramatic before he wised up and made the kind of cartoons he's known for (What's Opera Doc, The Rabbit of Seville, the chase cartoons [Wile E. Coyote and Pepe Le Pew], the "Rabbit Season/Duck Season" cartoons, those memorable one shots like Feed the Kitty, Chow Hound, Now Hear This, The Dover Boys and One Froggy Evening), and this was just one of many. I'm not forcing you to like it; I'm trying to give you a background on why the cartoon is what it is.
 
That episode actually pissed me off, because I like Tom, and was like picking all the wrong answers in a choose-your adventure game, then seeing your character get a beat down.
 
But, I thought you'll never watch The Boondcoks in reruns again, anyway, since you're noctorious for disliking the show.

One certain series of episodes that come to mind for me is the revival of Dexter's Laboratory. I love the original eps, but if I ever have to see Mandark's hippie parents,the horrible redisigns, hear Candi Milo's Dexter, or above all, ever go through the torture of watching "A Quacker Cartoon" again, I will upchuck.

Felt more like an episode of Yogi's Gang! :mad:

Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends: Berry Scary & Bye Bye Nerdy
The endings to these were just plain cheesy, Nerdy most of all.

Family Guy: Patriot Games
They already spent one whole episode dumping on the British. The second half of this one was just needless re-covering of old ground.

The Boondocks: The Block is Hot
Not exactly a bad episode per se, just that laughing while watching Jazmine endure all that just doesn't feel right.

Race for Your Life, Charlie Brown
Painful movie, and yet I could watch it more than once. I know Charlie Brown is a born loser, but this was just cruel.
 
Wow man, that's deep, but is completely accurate as to what the show is like now.



Surely the sub-plot with Brian and Stewie was hilarious, no? Besides, the take on BBC 4 was great. Couldn't be more true.

You can obviously write your thoughts down way better than I can. Seeing as English is 'officially' my second language I never seem to able to say exactly what I mean. :)
 
Hey, I think you post really well for someone who speaks English as a second language. It's a tough dialect to master, but you've seem to of gotten the hang of it nicely.:)
