Cartoon with elephants?

When I was small, I remember watching a cartoon show or movie. There was one scene where there were these elephants that were very psychedelic looking, changing color and patterns. They changed colors and grew patterns on their bodies. I think it may be a Disney film. As I recall, it is an old film.
