I know that the Ed Edd N Eddy Wiki is pretty extensive. There are some others out there that I've viewed, like The Simpsons and Family Guy Wikis, but there are others that I didn't particularly think had much info, most notably the Looney Tunes Wiki.
Pretty much most cartoons have their own wiki, usually through wikia. Just type on google "franchise" wiki / wikia and you'll find it. They range from great to mediocre it really depends on the franchise, sometimes a big franchise will have a crappy one and you'll be surprised that some obscure cartoons have very detailed wiki's as well.
There are two known transformers wikis. tfwiki.com is the one filled with crass humor, while transformers.wikia.com is much more informative than humorous.
Actually, i like the humorous approach of tfwiki, and they do have detailed analysis if you look past the humor (which is mainly relegated to photo-captions). Theres also a good simpsons wiki: http://simpsons.wikia.com/wiki/The_Simpsons
There some good wikis about the Total Drama (Island/Action/the Musical) series, South Park, Naruto, One Piece. Also one who isn't hosted on Wikia if my memory is correct, "Wikimoon" about Sailor Moon.
We don't have crass humour, we just recognise some other Wikis take fiction far too seriously Besides, the 'true' TFWiki split from the Wikia one. Last I checked, all that one is doing is copying the same presentation anyway.
