Cartoon Series They Should Have Made (but didn't)

I'd rather see Genghis Khan from Sheep in the Big City get his own show to show how hard it is for Mongols to make a living in modern times with the Maiden song "Genghis Khan" as the theme song.;)

Honestly, I don't understand this obsession with turning established kid and adult characters into teenagers and dropping them in high school. I think that there are enough high school oriented kid vid shows already, don't you?

It was also awful. Not Mortal Kombat: The Animated Series awful, but that's kinda like saying cancer isn't quite as awful as, well, being gunned down in the street.

I see a lot of people saying Crash Bandicoot and I couldn't agree more. Crash is one of my favorite video game characters and his shenanigans are very cartoonish, especially down the line as the series became more wacky.

I kinda wonder why there was never a Jurassic Park cartoon. Not that i think it would have been good, but it just seems like such an obvious cash-cow.

Considering the complaints about how the film was too scary for kids (Bob Rivers even wrote a parody song called "this aint no barney" about the controversy) i think spielberg decided not to risk it (plus, theres not much you could do with the premise).

Sonny & Cher never got a show, but they did guest star in an episode of The New Scooby-Doo Movies once. Given how their marriage crumbled and how terrible their subsequent variety show was after they split, it's probably better that they didn't get a cartoon.

What the heck would a Gallagher cartoon be about? He roams the countryside smashing watermelons?

Did you ever watched his comedy shows? I think his ventures work translate well to animation. He'd have an adventure based on some routine and he'd narrate it.

I was going to say Super Dave but that's been done.

Did anyone suggest Home Improvement as a cartoon already? Or a possible Tool Time spin-off?

Or a Bebe's Kids series? I'm wondering why that wasn't turned into a series.
