Cartoon nieces and nephews whose parents we've actually *seen*?

Cartoons often have a habit of having a niece or nephew of a character show up out of the blue---see Skippy in Animaniacs, or Popeye's quadruplet nephews. Basically an excuse to show the main character as an ersatz-parent without actually being tied down to being a full-fledged parent when the plot requires it.

Thus, I was wondering: what cartoons have we actually *seen* the parents of nieces and nephews?

The only examples I can think of:

- Angelica on "Rugrats". Granted, she's more presented in the context of being Tommy's cousin as far as the show's concerned, vs. Stu and DiDi's niece, but still...

- An early 50s Woody Woodpecker cartoon shows a "flashback" to Woody as a (brat of a) baby harassing his father, with his mother and various infant siblings also shown. Presumably one of the various infant-sibs shown could be the parent of Knothead and Splinter, Woody's nephew and niece. Though this might be a tenuous example...

Morty and Ferdie Fieldmouse - the nephews of Mickey Mouse. Their mother (Mickey's sister) has actually been shown multiple times in continuity unlike Huey, Dewey, and Louie.

Once Upon a Forest--Michelle is a badger and the niece of Cornelius.
Her mother and Cornelius escaped when they were kids when some
humans killed their parents--and near the start of the film, a gas
kills more than a few animals including Cornelius' sister/Michelle's mother

"When he was young, his parents were killed by humans; (Cornelius) and his sister escaped to these woods...
...his sister Robin (Michelle's mom):
He and his sister appear as kids in the same brief flashback. It still surprises (and shocks) me that this same little girl was seen dead only a few scenes earlier when she and her husband succombed to the poison gas from the overturned truck. Very poignant."

In a 'King of the Hill' episode, Luanne's Mom (fresh out of jail) visited her daughter and temporarily stayed with her sister and brother-in-law (despite Hank's objection).

Not sure if it was confirmed or not, but in 'He-Man and the Masters of the Universe' (2002 series) it appears that Man-at-Arms adopted daughter Teela is really his niece and her biological father is Fisto, the mysterious, amnesiac soldier who was taken care of by the Sorceress when they fell in love during the Great Unrest.

I know Huey Duey and Louie's mother Belldonna (I think that's her name) was shown in one really, really old episode and then never sen again. Of course, Disney has a habit of rarely showing the parents. I think 101 Dalmatians and Peter Pan are the only ones that actually feature the parents as characters. Even Sora, Riku, and Kairi from Kingdom Hearts don't seem to have parents (and if they do, you have to kind of wonder what they're thinking with their kids being gone for like years ;) ).

Huey, Dewey and Louie's mother (and Donald's sister) was named Dumbella, actually, and I think that she may have appeared in an early Donald Duck comic, but I'm not 100% certain. It's been awhile.

I didn't count the boys, since none of the animated cartoons have ever shown her (the first appearance of the boys in cartoons mentions her in a note sent to Donald, but that's it). The Disney comics, though, have shown her twice (once in a flashback to Donald's childhood where they first meet Uncle Scrooge, and another instance in a Donald Duck family tree; both of these were by current bigshot Duck comic artist Don Rosa).

Just remembered two animated series where Cartoon nieces and nephews whose parents were actually seen, those episodes are:

In two 'X-Men Evolution' episodes, Speed and Spyke, and On Angel's Wings, Evan Daniels' (Storm's nephew, a.k.a. Spyke) parents were seen

Arthur's cousin Monique (Jane and David's niece) parents were seen at the Read's family reunion in the episode: Arthur's Cousin Catastrophe.

The Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck: Chapter 11 (When Donald as a little boy first meets Scrooge)

She is mentioned by name as "Dumbella" in the original Donald Duck newspaper strips by Al Taliaferro. Don Rosa retconned it to Carl Barks' name that he had on his tree and she's been known as Della Duck since.
