Cartoon inventions you'd love to have

What are some inventions that only exist in cartoons that you'd like to have? For me, its kind of cheating, but i'd like to have that machine Garfield dreams about in the Christmas special, where you just wish for something and it gives it to you.

A blue duel disk that actually creates holographic images of the monsters in Yu-Gi-Oh! would be pretty cool. A nice blue Duel Runner would be awesome too. Going at high speeds while trying to play the game sounds kind of fun, despite the obvious dangers in it.

You mean the ones that Dr. Brief (aka, Bulma's father) invented in Dragon Ball Z? Seconded. Bulma even had a Capsule house in one episode. That would be perfect for going on vacation. You wouldn't have to pay for a hotel room.

I'd also like to have Professor Farnsworth's "What If" Machine from Futurama. I'd use it whenever I had a creative decision to make.

  • Portable Holes-perfect for last-second escapes.
  • Power Suit-reference: Lex Luthor, Iron Man, Gizmoduck.
  • Capsules (Dragon Ball)-make everything pocket-friendly.
  • Personal Force Field-courtesy of Brainiac 5. Nothing says "Stay out of my personal space" better.
  • Green Lantern Power Ring-I don't think I need to elaborate on this one.
  • Doc Hartford's Series 5 Implants (Adventures of the Galaxy Rangers)-actually being able to communicate with software would make computing that much easier.
  • Anything Washu (Tenchi Muyo!) or Gizmo (Teen Titans) has come up with.

The "teleport" thing from a recent Johnny Test episode. That'd be awesome. I could just teleport myself somewhere else during break if I had nothing else to do.
Or during some class that's boring as hell, ask to go to the bathroom, teleport myself to Australia or something. Ha, good luck catching me. :p

Also, the "Return to the Past" function from Code Lyoko would be SO useful.

Definitely portable holes, just not the Acme brand if the Roadrunner cartoons are anything to go by.

sailor Mercury's VR goggles and Pocket supercomputer: Yeah, it probably uses Windows 1.5 and DOS-based, but it jusst too cool not to love :)

Any of the Freedom Fighters weapons in Sonic SatAm: They'res just the MacGuyver-esque quaility of their weapons that just wants me to have them. Sure, their military application is limited, but they're useful in a balloon fight!

That's pretty good but I'd much rather have...THE FINGLONGER. The possibilities are endless. Why someone hasn't actually invented it is a mystery to me.
