Cartoon i vaguely remember

Ok, stay with me here.

Along time ago, i remember seeing a cartoon show that involved a kid. He gets brown bumps all over his body, goes to the doctor (who looks at them w/ a magnifying glass) and later whens hes on a truck/car, the bumps disappear.

Can anyone tell me what show this is and, if possible, what episode it is?

It's a little to vague, but it might have been an episode of CBS Storybreak.

edit: Collie's got it. Chocolate Fever, which was an animated episode of CBS Storybreak.

I'm not sure if a video of it exists online. CBS Storybreak didn't last very long I believe, and is probably the last show (maybe due to rights issues and obscurity) that'll ever be considered for DVD release. But it *might* exist somewhere on the internet if you're willing to sift through Google long enough.

Beyond that, a few VHS releases came out back in the day that you might be able to locate through Amazon or E-Bay if you're lucky enough, although I don't know if 'Chocolate Fever' was among those releases.
