When I was at Target earlier today, I found this DVD about this cartoon; billed as a "Double trouble Double Feature".
Accoridng to the box, It's about these twins (boy and girl, who wear pyjamas) who live in a creepy mansion on the outskirts of this happy, jolly Town, and they repeatedly play pranks on the town to disrupt the happiness.
The Art is Goth-inspired, along the lines of the Addams Family, Nightmare Before Christmas and suchlike (the twins have white skin and black hair).
However, I don't remember the name, and my attempts to look up any info about it only yielded links about "Bananas in Pyjamas" and "The Boy in the striped Pyjamas".
Does anyone have any information about this
