New School Cosmo. For his wife-abusing womanizing ways. He definitely should be spanked. With a belt. One that's nine feet long, eight feet wide, and which has hooks on it, that would rip the meat off his body if it ever hit him.

I'm going to remind people to please not just make list posts. If you're just naming off characters--- don't.

Please further the discussion by saying why you made those choices.
 
In responce to this list, if Raven is on this list, by disobeying her father for not wanting to destroy the world. Than by their standards, Azula is daughter of the year candidate.
 
Sure. No problem.

Bloo-He had a great personality in at the start of the show. But now he seems to have changed into a selfish, immature jerk who likes to annoy everybody.

Chi-Chi- She's always yelling and complaining about something. It gets annoying after a while. Even Piccolo can't stand up to her!

Amy-She can be nice sometimes, but when she becomes angry she is a spoiled whiny brat with a huge hammer and a bad attitude.

Tiff-What a brat! She is like an angry housewife. She never really seems happy and she always has something to complain about. Plus she is constantly yelling. Whether it's Kirby and his naughty eating habits or Tiff just getting on her nerves, she always seems angry or unsatisifed about something. At least most of the time.

Jimmy-He may seem nice, but he's very cunning and he manages to get Sarah to beat the Ed's into a pulp for no reason. His voice is also irritating because it goes with that snooty attitude.

Otto Rocket-An obsessive-compulsive whose cocky attitude, thick head, and short sighted judgement often gets him in trouble.

Bonnie-Shallow, self centered, bossy, arrogant, she dislikes kim, rude......need I say more?

Gizmo-A snot nosed brat who uses a lot of name calling.

Eustace- A spoiled rich kid. That's all. He's certainly not the worst on my list.

Ring Ring- Do I even need to say why?
 
That doesen't mean Bianca didn't have a good side now and then; if there was no Bianca, there was always Pierce who was just as troublesome; he even black mailed the B-gal with her diary. Now that I think of it, Pierce is one that deserves a spanky spanky more than Ms. Dupree. And, if I remember, Lark DID stand up to Bianca in the story Go With The Flu.
 
Delightful Children From Down The Lane (Codename: Kids Next Door) - in there cases, it might be pointless like beating a dead horse, because they are programmed to be brats, and it is not really their fault.
