I've heard Kath Soucie's voice in a number of radio spots. When Mountain Dew first launched their "Do the Dew" campaign, I heard a radio spot in which Kath voiced a 'punk rock' teen girl bragging to her female friends about how her boyfriend does the Dew. Soucie also lent her voice to a series of radio ads for Heath candy bars, again playing a teenager, this time more of a stereotypical 'airhead Valley Girl' type.
Another radio spot I heard Kath Soucie's voice in was the radio version of a Home Depot commercial that was airing on TV at the time during the Christmas season. In it, a little girl is sitting on Santa's lap with her father behind the scenes telling her what to say, specifically making his daughter ask for power tools and the like. In the TV ad, the kid was played by a real little girl, but in the radio version, the girl was voiced by Soucie, using her Lil DeVille from Rugrats voice.
