I have a 21st to go to this weekend and we have to dress up as a cartoon character. My problems are as follows:
1. I have little to no money
2. I have no time (thursday afternoon and possibly saturday morning are the only time I have)
3. I can't think of any!
Since I'm running out of time and money, I thought I could go with a simple costume, and then do really crazy makeup or something...but I can't think of a character like this. Help?
